Infinite Space

Infinite space is what there is. There is literally no end! There is no end to space, no end to time, no end to information. We photographers and videographers are always in a bind at times when it comes to space on a memory drive. We are even concerned whether or not we are shooting too much. But what is "too much?" Will it takes us to many painstaking minutes or hours to view the footage? Are we only concerned about out memory space in our digital storage capacity? Do we have a limit of footage or photos we need to complete the job? No matter which the case, I can tell you that those worries are not valid against the risks of not potentially capturing the moments that we often miss because of those concerns. I make sure to always be prepared with plenty of file storage, to shoot more than needed, and to just get better at sifting through footage to save time. It reminds me of the saying, "you often regret the things that you didn't do more than the things you did do." But, I'll rephrase it to, "you often regret the moments you didn't capture more than the moments you did capture!"
